RETURN POLICY
The Customer has 14 days upon receipt of the order to request to return the item. The customer will receive the return label from Sons Of Gemini, and the item(s) must be dispatched within 7 days.
Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition, unwashed, and all labels are attached. We will not accept used item(s) or missing original labels.
Any custom item(s) or altered item(s) requested by the customer are not returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse the item(s) returned late or altered.
Refunds can take up to 14 days from the time that Sons Of Gemini receive the item back to the warehouse. You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed.
